Smartrak has a planned maintenance window scheduled for between 1am and 4am AEST where we will be conducting hardware maintenance and the installation of new firewall equipment for improved data and system security.

During this outage, all Smartrak services will need to be taken offline, which include the following:

* Smartrak map site (Maps/Reports/Fleet Servicing)
* Smartrak Admin site
* Smartrak Pool Booking
* Satellite GPS Personal Safety and Vehicle tracking devices (Iridium / SPOT)
* Cellular based Personal Safety devices
* Emergency Alarm reception and tracking for GPS devices
* Emergency Notifications (both SMS and Email)

The following service is unaffected by this outage:

* Smartrak PoolCar booking system
