Smartrak has a planned maintenance window scheduled for 1am AEST on Saturday the 5th of October. We will be conducting hardware maintenance that will affect all Smartrak systems during the upgrade.
While this upgrade is in progress, the following sites and features will be unavailable:
* EyeQ * Admin * All unit communications including satellite communications * All emergency notifications will be delayed until service is restored
We expect the outage to be between 20 and 30 minutes during the outage window.
