Smartrak has a planned maintenance window scheduled for 10th September between 1 AM and 3 AM AEST, where we will be executing database changes, in order to support upcoming features and functionality.

During this outage, all Smartrak services will need to be taken offline, which include the following:

* Smartrak App website (Maps/Reports/Fleet Servicing/Pool Booking)
* Smartrak Admin website
* Smartrak APIs and Web Services
* Satellite GPS Personal Safety and Vehicle tracking devices (Iridium / SPOT)
* Cellular based Personal Safety devices
* Emergency Alarm reception and tracking for GPS AVL devices. Once services are available, all pending GPS events will be processed. No data will be lost.
* Emergency Notifications (both SMS and Email). Once services are available, pending emergency notifications will be sent.

The following service is unaffected by this outage:

* Smartrak PoolCar booking system
