We have been informed by Vocus that there will be an outage to their networking that will affect some communications with some GPS devices, as well as access to the Smartrak map portal.

The following is the information we received from the service provider:

Planned router software upgrade work. This expected to take up to one hour.

The following services will be unavailable during the outage while the upgrade is in progress:
* Smartrak map site (Maps/Reports/Fleet Servicing)
* Smartrak Admin site
* Smartrak Pool Booking
* Satellite GPS Personal Safety and Vehicle tracking devices (Iridium / SPOT)
* Cellular based Personal Safety devices

The following services will remain functional:
* Emergency Alarm reception and tracking for GPS devices
* Emergency Notifications (both SMS and Email)
* Smartrak PoolCar booking system
